Q: Why should I buy from you?
A: Our prices are the lowest you will find for quality new screws, bolts and nuts.

How do I make a purchase on the website?

A: Click on the “Add to cart” button below the item(s) of choice. When you are finished adding items to your “shopping cart”, click on “check out” and follow the instructions for adding your payment method and shipping address.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A:  No sales tax will be added to purchases by non-Colorado residents. Colorado residents will pay 2.9% state sales tax . Fort Lupton, CO residents will pay 6.9% sales tax. 

Q: How do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping charges are added to the invoice for your product. We ship through USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. For all sales, purchasers pay for all shipping costs.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select. Unless otherwise specified, ground service will be used.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, if requested and an email address is provided.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns only if merchandise is damaged or the order was processed wrong.  Returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 15 days of the purchase date and a return authorization must be obtained from us before returning merchandise. You will be issued store credit or an exchange of merchandise.
